We take pride in the fact that we source the ingredients in our restaurants and products for the farm shop as locally as we possibly can. This means that your food has travelled fewer miles, and is delivered fresh from trusted food producers, who we have built long term relationships with. Supporting the local economy is very much a part of our ethos and gives us a wonderfully low carbon footprint too. Finally, our local artisan food producers are passionate about delivering the best flavour and quality, so many of them make food the good old-fashioned way, delivering a taste that tells a story.
